No Excuses November: The Final Days

Those of you involved pledged to do 15 quality workouts throughout the course of this month to improve your life. There are only 3 days left in November, which means we are in the final stretch. I sincerely hope that for anyone who has been participating that you’ll be able to take away 15 quality workouts a month as a habit you’ve formed and not as a challenge to your schedule.

I’m curious, as always, how is No Excuses November going for everyone that decided to take on the challenge?

We’re two weeks into November and there’s a lot of you out there that claimed you wanted to make no excuses this month and get in 15 solid workouts without complaining or crying about it.
