No Excuses November: Day 2

It’s day two of No Excuses November, but it was my first day in November to hit the gym. Got in the iron garden and handled my business with a great chest workout. Capped off the night with a grocery run of epic proportions that should get me through the rest of the week.

How is N.E.N. going for everyone else out there?

Why waste your New Years resolutions on promising yourself to get in better shape? Get a two month head start and then use those resolutions on something else!

No Excuses November.

Don’t forget if you are participating in No Excuses November that today is the first day of November. This doesn’t mean that you HAVE to workout today, but you absolutely can. You need 15 quality workouts throughout this month.

No Excuses November: Part 2

Remember that this is 15 days of workouts throughout the course of the month. I’m not going to give you a template on what needs to be done. You are adults, or close enough to being adults, that no one should have to hold your hand to getting into better shape.

The workouts do not have to be (and frankly shouldn’t be) consecutive. Make sure to break up the days you workout with rest days.

Don’t set a goal for weight loss in November, just stick to the fact that you have committed yourself to a plan of 15 days of great workouts.

Quality > Quantity

I believe in you and I’m proud that you’re making the choice to be healthy and active.

Tomorrow is the first day of No Excuses November. Let’s do this!

No Excuses November

I’m challenging you to get in 15 workouts with no excuses over the course of the month of November. That’s it. It’s just 15 different days of workouts without making up an excuse, complaining or trying to squirm your way out of getting active.

Who’s up for this?
