The Spartan Warrior

Fitblrs, it is Sunday. Tell of your Victory this week!

I want you all to take a moment and practice some self-reflection. Think about what went well for you this week. Some of you, like me, may have had a week of struggle filled with injury, illness or falling off the nutritional wagon. It’s okay. Where there is struggle there is success.

Figure out what your greatest Victory was this week and share it here. Did you overcome an adversity? Stick to a nutrition plan? Make a PR? Complete a hard workout? Whatever it was, it was YOUR high point. YOU made it happen and no one else and I damn proud of you.

What was your greatest Victory this week?
