No Excuses November: Day 2
It’s day two of No Excuses November, but it was my first day in November to hit the gym. Got in the iron garden and handled my business with a great chest workout. Capped off the night with a grocery run of epic proportions that should get me through the rest of the week.

My workout that day made me feel like I was unstoppable. Well until i stopped there i died for like 12 hours it was legen…..dairy.

I have difficulties to measure my calories burned during weight lifting. I don’t know if I should ‘eat back’. Apart from that: Love it!

so far (day 2) non stop light weight routines for 30+ mins, get nauseated and push a bit more; not much time, not much weight but feel great!
